With the busy summer schedule slowly slipping away, now is the time to reconnect mind, body, and soul. It's also a great time to connect with the Parrish Art Museum in a more holistic way. Join Founder of Vie Wellbeing, Julie Sacks, for a fully immersive wellness experience. Sacks will lead meditation classes for Parrish Members and up to 1 guest, incorporating current exhibits into the Meditation for a deeper experience of both. Come to one class or attend all four classes.
This event is private begins before the Museum opens. You must register in advance for each class in the series. Space is limited. Members are limited to 1 guest per class.
